We have gone through an international move with CA relocation and Sonigo
California relocation guys did everything from a-z a full container more then 300 boxes + furniture electric and more…
It took a team of 4 over few days
The house and the items were treated with respect and care.
Extremely professional courteous efficient, and friendly.
Unlike some people I know, all made it in one piece 👍🏻👍🏻

We were originally booked to have Pullman Worldwide Van Lines be our movers from Washington State to Florida. At the last minute they passed our contract to California Relocation Services.
They showed up around 5pm and told us we would have to pay them another $5000 to have them load and move our possessions. We had turned over our apartment and had no other choice but to go with them.
Our belongings were taken to a warehouse in California where they stayed until a truck finally picked them up. We had no idea this would be the case.
When our belongings made it to Florida, we were missing a large toolbox and they were not helpful in locating it. We also were left with a box of Blue Danube dishes from Penn Valley, CA that belonged to another family on our truck. After contacting the company, they were NO help in locating the family. I even suggested them contacting each family that was on the truck to find out who the dishes belonged to. NO HELP!
If you are missing a box of Blue Danube dishes from Penn Valley, CA, please contact me. We could make out that much of an address on the box. I will gladly send them to you. [email protected]Read more

DO NOT CONTRACT THIS SCAM OF A BUSINESS. My parents recently relocated cross-country and had their larger furniture items in storage for a few months. When it came time to request delivery to their new house it took forever for them to come- no eta of delivery. When it arrived, 80% was missing and they were demanding full payment before unload. That’s ludicrous — paying in full without having everything accounted for?! So guess what, refused to pay and they turned around back cross country with their stuff!!
Then came time to report back to reschedule delivery, this time hopefully with everything. Once they claimed to have “located” everything, and driver was en route, he had a “family emergency” and had to turn around?!? Again.
They rescheduled again! And then finally they arrive at the most INCONVENIENT time, while my parents have guests for 1 NIGHT at 6PM! With ONE GUY to unload!!! They didn’t finish until 11:30PM!
And to top it all off- MANY IMPORTANT AND VALUABLE ITEMS MISSING AND DAMAGED. They just threw everything in the truck without thought or care, resulting in a shattered new big screen TV, cracked mirror, torn and dirty mattress and a lot of damaged furniture.
The driver said “this isn’t the first time and it won’t be the last”
How anyone works for this company or it’s in business at all is beyond me. They deserve to be SHUT DOWN and sued for the damages incurred. SCAM ARTIST! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
In addition to being mislead and lied to by the sales representative Scott, (I specifically asked of he could accommodate the dates of moving I requested PRIOR to signing the contract in which he WELL OVERPROMISED this company could, above his pay grade, and was no where to be found when everything fell apart) I have had the WORST experience from start to almost finish with Cali Relocation. I have been talked down to, have had to follow up myself to find out delivery dates/times, have made accommodations to suit this would be delivery as well as taken off work for a day I specifically requested NOT to have delivery on, and was “reassured” that it would not be. Yet somehow, that became “my fault for not having better expectations” outside of what I was guaranteed by the sales rep!
Outside of the nightmare of finally getting the items picked up late, drivers arriving late as well as me having to pay $600 more due to horrible estimate, the final straw came during my delivery.
Not only did the drivers show up past the time they said would, they didn’t even unwrap the items nor put anything together which was apart of my contract. Outside of the drivers, whom ever unloaded the truck at the warehouse left a pair of “bed legs” to my $3,400 adjustable base! Without those legs, I can’t even place the bed flat because it’ll get damaged which means I can’t sleep on it. The drivers called the so called warehouse manager to inform him, in which his only response was “what do you want me to do, I’ll mail them to you in 10-14 buisness days”. 10-14 ADDITIONAL days of something that I have written proof was supposed to arrive 3 days ago as it was?? That is absolutely unacceptable. I am a reasonable person and understand things happen but this has truly been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company.
Now, not only do I have to buy a new set of bed legs for my adjustable base (which costs about $300) I have to hire someone else to re put together the rest of my items and collect all the plastic/trash ($350).
I have attempted to reach out to this company for reimbursement for the awful and incomplete job they did of not only loosing the hardware to my big furniture but also not even unwrapping anything or putting it back together, yet as always, no one has responded or gotten back to me, so my hope is to save any potential customer the headache of dealing with this TERRIBLE company!
You would think paying almost $3,000 for a 700 mile move would constitute as a somewhat decent job, and it was far from that!

Terrible experience. Movers came to my storage unit. Unpacked my packed boxes into bigger boxes.
Half way through, I was told there is no room for the remaining of my items. Left much behind and told me I needed a 40 foot container instead of 20 foot. Also, claimed that my quote was for 5000 pounds but I’m over 8,000 pounds already and I’m better off with a 40 foot container.
This company was hired via Sonigo in Israel as a local movers.
What should have been an easy pack and go turned into a nightmare.
Update, so Shiree their CFO, managed to assist me, she sent her crew free to pick up some of remaining items since the container had extra room. I’m grateful for her honesty & despite the early aggravation, happy I was able to find space for some of my items.
Overall, the crew was very professional. I only wish the foreman was communicating better.
