I used 123 Moving & Storage to move in to my house and to move out. These guys were excellent - professional, organized, punctual, and they did a great job packing my belongings up well - great attention to detail.

This was our second experience with 123 Moving & Storage. Both times, we were grateful to set things up with Sean and have a competent, professional, careful and courteous foreman like Jimmy leading his crew on moving day. Moving back into our house after renovations, we were worried about scuffing walls… but Jimmy and his crew were so careful and efficient we didn’t have a single scuff or scratch at the end of the day. Jimmy was extra conscientious and made sure the furniture had felt on the bottom so as not to scratch the new floors. Moving is stressful, so make things easy on yourself and hire professionals. I highly recommend 123 Moving and Storage!

I hada very good experience with them after getting quotes from several companies and using a different (cheaper) company for a move a year earlier. 123 Moving came in as a middle bid, and for the move we just did, we hired them and found that their cost ended up very fair, and they worked hard to move a few very large and heavy pieces around some tight doorways and corners. A few very small dings, but considering the task, I was very pleased with the 4 man team led by Chris.

My landlord hired this company for the temporary move out of our large complex of apartments and I have nothing but bad things to say about these people. They broke several pieces of my furniture, my solid wood desk and office chair, they lost the pieces to put together one of our bunk beds and the worst, they broke both pieces of my china furniture. Also, chipped one of the corners of my brand new dining room table. Several of my neighbors also had broken furniture, these people are 100% careless. Don't believe any of the other reviews.
I am facing now with hundreds of dollars in the purchase of new furniture. I couldn't be anymore upset and dissappointed. I expect these people to pay for what they broke!!!! Do not hire this company if you care for your furniture!!!!!

2 dogs, 1 year old twins and a whole house to move!
That's where we started off in May and I had no idea how we were going to be able to pack up an entire house one day and move the next. I emailed for a quote, Sean came to our house and walked through everything, explained the process and our options and sent a quote by that same evening.
Moving is so stressful--looking back, I wish I would have never tried packing up rooms on my own because there was a whole group of 123 Folks that came in the day before our move and literally packed up the whole house (except beds and cribs so we could sleep) in the course of a regular working day! Super friendly, professional and efficient team! (to be honest, I always get a little nervous about having people come into my home as a gay parent to twins in terms of judgment--that's my own hang up but I didn't need to worry at all--these men were lovely)
Btw-their packing technique was so much better/safer for my belongings than what I was doing.
On the day of the move, they came and finished wrapping and packing/loading the odds and ends and moved us across town. The unloading and set up process was really quick-just a matter of me pointing to which room and they also set the beds so we were able to just crash at the end of the day.
We are so grateful to the 123 team and how they took care of us. HIGHEST POSSIBLE RECOMMENDATION ABLE!!Read more
