I’m very impressed with this company. Irwin & his 2 team members were fast, efficient & worked tirelessly to move my belongings. I was a little concerned about the hourly rate at first, but they worked so quickly it wasn’t an issue at all. Honest, professional & reliable. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again. Thank you so much!

ABC just helped my husband and I move from a 3rd floor apartment into our new home, and they couldn’t have been more wonderful. Alex, Chris, Edgar, and Keller were unbelievably efficient and so kind and so professional, everything went as smoothly as possible, and we were so grateful! It’s actually our second time hiring ABC, we had a great experience with them when we moved into that apartment 7 years ago, and I’m so glad they continue to provide such reliable and trustworthy services. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

The two young man that moved me on Saturday was absolutely amazing. I’m so glad that I choose a moving company because there was several others that I looked into but in my heart they were the ones I would definitely tell everyone that I know or Meet that needs service in moving. Communication is key for a successful completion of what you need done, and to ensure you get your time and money worth for any company or service you hire. I suggest that you have a list of points for the movers, or in my case, packers so that they do not add extra things to your specific instructions. I have used an organization company once before, and I understood that specificity is key for everything to get done in a timely manner. Even if the packers are experienced, they have a different request for every hire they get. I really suggest that you make a list even while they're with you so that unnecessary tasks are taken out, and the big important things you need to get done get addressed within the time-frame offered.
My specific request was to box a whole room, with categories for easier sifting for me to donate, trash, or keep more meaningful items. I requested categories of items, NOT seal the tops of boxes, and if something was really confusing, to put it in a miscellaneous box. A packer started to wrap some items with paper, but that wasn't necessary and would have taken a lot more time to get what I needed complete. I had to prepare the room, and move a couple of things myself due to the overwhelm they had with categorizing.
My suggestions to future customers for the same or relevant service: have a list for what you want done so they don't add extra time for unnecessary things. Arrange the room for the most productive to move around, have them bring the initial 15 boxes included in the quote, and take out what you feel is really important and personal so that you feel safe and more at ease during the packing process. Also, for your peace of mind, do not leave the room/house before they leave, that way you're on top of the whole operation. Move items that are staying out of the way where they're placing boxes so they don't damage anything. If something needs to stay in the room, secure it so that it doesn't get knocked over and slow down or ruin the service for you. Be as prepared as possible for the worst, even if they have very good reviews.
