This is my second time using pacific freight shipping to move across country and I will say the experience was very positive. The guys doing the pick up were professional, friendly, helpful and really handled my things with care. I would recommend giving them a call if you ever need to make a move.

Everyone was Professional, attention to detail and responsive. They deserve a 5 + star

My wife had the grandfather clock her Dad made and her mothers China shipped from Toronto to San Ramon, California. It all arrived safe and sound. The clock was in a wood crate packaged with so much care. My wife packed the china. All arrived safely and not one thing broken.
I would definitely recommend this company to move anything sentimental or just household items in general.
I was very pleased with the service and the responsiveness of everyone involved in coordinating the move over 2,500 miles away. I can’t talk highly enough about this company.

PCS deserves a 5+ rating!
We changed our crating preference at least 3 times and had lots of questions RE insurance, etc. PCS was responsive & didn’t seem to mind our continuous questions.
Finally, we settled on a crate for our $12K modern marble table top.
The guys did a great job building part of the crate for our piece off-site.
They arrived at our home on time, as scheduled. Carefully put the table top into
the partially built box, then completed the
wood box. Thank you, PCS!
