I really want to echo Marissa's sentiments and communicate back to you how tickled pink we are with your team. They work together so well and performed flawlessly without any concern on our part. If I can provide any detailed review, I'm willing to do so. It's rare when a team comes together that well-organized and committed to a job and makes the client feel at ease. The Armstrong crew (Tomas, Antonio, Alvaro and Victor and driver Donald) were so amazing, professional, friendly and caring of the packing and moving...and on time, and fast! They work as a team, and made the move a pleasant experience. Thank you! Highly recommend them and the Armstrong company!

Short version: terrible communication, over promised & under delivered
I've done a lot of moving, and this has probably been my worst experience to date.
Expectations: Joe, our moving coordinate was really good at setting up our quote. We were concerned because we were moving over the thanksgiving holiday, but he assured us that while a delivery the Friday after Thanksgiving was unlikely, we would likely receive our things the Monday or Tuesday after. The exact words he used were 'I'm going to put the 4th here as the end of the window, but you should have it by the 1st or 2nd'.
After working with Joe, Alicia our moving coordinate was supposed to reach out to us with details on the mover arriving and delivery. I had to call her right before they closed the day before we moved because she never reached out to us. Throughout the process every time we were supposed to get an update from her she never replied until we either left multiple voicemails or called/emailed Joe.
When they missed the delivery date, they were not apologetic at all and said it was because of the Holiday, something I specifically had asked about and been assured it wouldn't be an issue. I didn't choose the 4th on the contract, so if they thought they couldn't meet it they shouldn't have used it. Absolutely unacceptable.
Thankfully only one item arrived broken, but many other items were missing their tracking label which made it very difficult to account for everything during the unloading process.

Tomas, Antonio, Alvaro, and Sebastian, were all outstanding and highly professional.
