Absolutely appalling — the worst customer experience we have ever had.
Despite their very high prices, it took TWO MONTHS to deliver our belongings, and numerous items arrived broken. The service throughout was dreadful, but their complete indifference when we needed help was even worse.
Before delivery, they insisted on receiving full payment, contrary to our agreement, and refused to deliver otherwise. Once our belongings arrived damaged, there was no apology, no follow-up call, and no meaningful assistance. Their response was essentially: “Go through your insurance. Goodbye.”
After paying so much and waiting so long, being dismissed like this was outrageous. We were left to deal with the damage and the insurance process ourselves, without any support from the company we had paid to handle our belongings with care.
In our experience, they were shockingly unprofessional, dismissive, and utterly unwilling to take responsibility. We deeply regret using them and would never trust them with our belongings again.
I cannot recommend this company under any circumstances. Save yourself the expense, stress, and frustration — STAY AWAY.Read more
