The move started out well. The crew that packed up my home in Las Vegas was very professional's, they handled everything with care. I was told by my sales person [Name removed by Sirelo] that my things would be in my new home on the 10th of April the day after closing on my home, That is when the lies started, I didn’t receive my things until the 23rd of April. I tried for days to contact [Name removed by Sirelo] he never returned any of my calls or texts. If you ever use this company stay far away from him. If you need to know what’s really going on with your move you need to stay in touch with customer service, because they know what is the truth. Make sure you read your contract and understand it. The company is not that bad, they did damage some of my things, but I was just happy to get my things after being in my empty home for weeks. I take my hat off for [Name removed by Sirelo] in customer service for helping me through the move, unlike [Name removed by Sirelo], he shou
