From start to finish, Ralph and the XS Baggage team were incredibly supportive. My shipment was small, so they arranged for it to be sent by air and handled it with exceptional care. Even through an epic snowstorm and flight disruptions, everything arrived in perfect condition.
They took the initiative to carefully secure my items, kept me informed at every step, and were always available to clarify paperwork and requirements. Their documentation expertise and reliable local partner made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated their care, communication, and attention to detail.

Very good and kind customer service.
Unfortunately I had to make a claim due to two of my items being damaged on the way, however they were quick to accept this and although the claim did take a little while to resolve, I was thankful for Ralph for being very attentive.

I got Ralph's name from a friend who had shipped with him. Ralph was always quick to respond, offered a quick and accurate quote, and he took care of all the confusing paperwork and declarations to ship our 5 pallets from Hungary to Minnesota. No surprise fees at any point. We just picked it up yesterday and it's all in great shape. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Jessie Saint-Cyr and XSBaggage.
I am happy to share my experience and recommend Jessie and XSBaggage for your international shipment needs, small or large!
Jessie made happen what other freight forwarders couldn't do.
I had a shipment to retrieve from an auction house outside Paris. It needed to be done very quickly after I first contacted Jessie. I was running out of time as I had lost much time with other freight forwarders who proved unable to make my shipment. The content of that shipment was delicate. It needed to be crated and sent to Miami.
Jessie arranged to retrieve the shipment within a few days of my first contacting her. My shipment was crated and diligently shipped. Jessie went another extra mile helping me with the customs paperwork.
In a nutshell, Jessie was very efficient, super responsive, pleasant and easy to work with, and did all that at a competitive price.
Given what Jessie did with my complicated situation, I would recommend contacting Jessie and XSBaggage for smaller or larger shipments, including for any international house move/relocation.Read more
