February 18th 2026 the message below was the last time I heard from this company. Of course the 'packers' are ultimately responsible for the damage but all the paperwork is done through the broker! I highly suggest if using them get direct contact for the packers stateside so you can file yourself.
All the actual movers they subcontracted to worked really hard at both ends and were light hearted and jovial. Signs of good treatment of employees. They handled our goods with care and respect, which was really appreciated.
This company wasn’t the cheapest, but they were upfront with ALL costs so we knew exactly what we were getting into. And they stuck to it. When there was a discrepancy about our understanding around storage (they were so quick in shipping our stuff overseas our house wasn’t ready to receive it yet), they gave us the benefit, and reduced the price to our understanding of the situation.
All in all, I Highly recommend this company, their treatment of us and our goods was exemplary. Pura Vida!Read more
