I really wanted to give them 5 stars but I can't. The service was prompt and communication was good. BUT, we paid extra to have our stuff packed so it would be covered and for the most part it was really good. However my 3 mason cash bowls, 2 Stetson hats and my xl instapot were all destroyed ($350 to $500) value. The supervisor too photos of the damaged items and noted them during the unpacking. But we have since been put off then finally in the last month ghosted by the company.
(I'm still going to be generous and give them three stars for the excelent service up to this point. But I caution future customers

February 18th 2026 the message below was the last time I heard from this company. Of course the 'packers' are ultimately responsible for the damage but all the paperwork is done through the broker! I highly suggest if using them get direct contact for the packers stateside so you can file yourself.

We recently relocated from Michigan to Costa Rica and had Pablos team assist us. Although moving to a new country is ultimately stressful, we were very pleased with the attention and support we received from International Relocation Partners. If you are making a move like this I would recommend them whole heartedly as they will do what they say they will do and your belongings will be in good hands. We are grateful to this team for taking excellent care of our move.

It was a seamless process from scheduling to pickup in Atenas, Costa Rica, to customs clearance and delivery to Boquete, Panama. Excellent communication throughout the entire shipment. They use the latest AI technology where you video the containers/boxes & it automatically calculates the weight & even makes a packing list! All of the staff were courteous. They packed on pickup and unpacked at delivery with care. We were extremely impressed with the entire process and have absolutely no reservations recommending Pablo Arias and International Relocation Partner to you for your international move. You can rest easy knowing Pablo goes above and beyond to assure your satisfaction from start to finish.

From beginning to end in this 6 month process, International Relocation Partners were a joy to deal with. From the first day in Australia, when the moving truck was coming to wrap and then put our stuff in the container to be shipped, right up until yesterday, in January 2024, when the last box was unloaded here in Pura Jungla, Playa Negra in Guanacaste - communication was excellent with Cristina. All the relocation partners/moving companies they chose also communicated clearly, efficiently and we were never in the dark.
All the actual movers they subcontracted to worked really hard at both ends and were light hearted and jovial. Signs of good treatment of employees. They handled our goods with care and respect, which was really appreciated.
This company wasn’t the cheapest, but they were upfront with ALL costs so we knew exactly what we were getting into. And they stuck to it. When there was a discrepancy about our understanding around storage (they were so quick in shipping our stuff overseas our house wasn’t ready to receive it yet), they gave us the benefit, and reduced the price to our understanding of the situation.
All in all, I Highly recommend this company, their treatment of us and our goods was exemplary. Pura Vida!Read more

These movers were amazing. We could not have asked for a more stress-free and organized relocation. Extremely well-coordinated. Everyone was exceptionally polite, efficient attentive and knowledgeable. Marjorie our coordinator was a gem. They all worked together like a well-oiled machine.
