I would leave -10 stars if I could. I only had 25 packages. They lost 3 (record number of 12%) one of each was a box containing the letters of my later mother.
Worse, they delivered one that was not addressed to me and NEVER CAME BACK to correct their mistake.
The rushed the delivery and refused to give me a copy of what they had delivered (so no paper trail of any kind). I asked them to send them to me when I signed and they said they would. They never did.
To top it off, they don't answer my emails and ignore me completely. I am in Salt Lake (the packages were shipped from France and transited through Miami) so they know I am not going to show up at their doors.
I filed a complaint with the office of the AG in Miami and will file one with the BBB. DO NOT USE THEM.
