Horrible. From the attitude of their customer service rep who we had to ask to reschedule our move due to a closing date change, to the crew who showed up to carelessly load our belongings. Our loading crew took at least a half-dozen smoke-breaks (resulting in all of our upholstered furniture smelling like cigarette smoke), and our items were crammed into a too small truck. The truck was quoted to us by the person who came to estimate. So if it wasn't going to be big enough, instead of cramming our furniture in along with such things as garden tools, lawn mowers and snow blowers (how do you break a snow-blower? Just ask these guys) - why not send another or larger truck? Our daughter's wooden (made of thin 1/4' plywood) playhouse was suspended on it's side from straps from the ceiling of the truck, then loaded with heavy tools and items so that it twisted and cracked several boards. My wife's dining room table had the extra leaves carefully packed in their padded sleeves, yet somehow t
his crew managed to crack an edge off one of the leaves. and heavily scratch the other. We have collectable pedal cars and a 50-year old coaster wagon that has been restored, and they were all inverted in a box resulting in broken trim and paint scratches on all of them. I would normally say you get what you pay for, but in this case a 2-mile move cost us over $2600 - and resulted in far too much damage for the price and the distance. Items we packed ourselves and had the POD people come and move for us arrived in perfect condition with no load shift - even though it had to be stored by their company for several days 25 miles away. Fool me once. If I could give them no stars on this review I would. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company.Read more
