This shipping company is a BIG SCAMMERS and DAY ROBBERS. AVOID THEM COMPLETELY if you truly care for your hard-earned money, more precious time and want to fulfil your intent of shipping goods on time safely. NEVER EVER fall into the trap by looking into some positive feedback (It could be a sheer luck or a coincidence or truly fake). My blood boils recounting the infuriating experience of entrusting them with my shipment, only to be abandoned in a storm of anger and frustration. Seek solace with a reliable shipping company that cares customers, even if costs more, please go for it. To sum it up, my encounter has unleashed an unforgettable fury. They have betrayed my trust, fueled my frustration, and sparked an anger that burns like wildfire.
I opted these guys shipping service in September 2022 stating that it will be delivered in 14 weeks, but it is almost July 2023 and still not delivered and no intention to deliver as well. They even charge handling charges etc. etc. saying that the shipment has reached India and will go through custom clearance, typical money looting mindset. They failed to deliver my package within the promised timeframe, but they callously ignored every attempt I made to seek answers. This level of incompetence is maddening. I'm left empty-handed and seething with rage. How can a company be so shamelessly negligent? They are literally shameless such that, however you express your anger and frustration, they absolutely come back and tell lies after lies. They recruit people based on who can tell better lies and induce pain to customer. If you ever want an epitome of lies, negligence, unprofessional and unethical behavior, then Gandhi Shipping company is one stop for all. My pleas for assistance have been met with deafening silence. They have no interest in acknowledging or helping their customers. Their customer service is an utter failure, leaving me stranded and helpless. I won’t be surprised if they come up with a final story saying that the shipments are lost and one standard shameless email they send as written below (every time I received the same message when the follow-up was done, or frustration expressed).
“We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you & the delay in delivery of your consignment, as per the updated information we have received from our Mumbai office by today. This is to inform you that your consignment gets delayed to dispatch from our warehouse & it may take a minimum of 10 to 12 working days more to reach your doorstep delivery. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us via e-mail at any time.”Read more
