What is the best advice you would give to customers?
The reason I decided to book with them even though I had some lower quotes was the honestly of their sales team. They took the time to explain every possible charge or extra service. They even reviewed other quotes and explained the differences, on one occasion highlighting something another company included but they didn't and adding it in for me.
The pick-up went smoothly and right on time. The foreman took the time to explain the process while the team got to work taking apart and wrapping my furniture very carefully.
Throughout the actual shipping process there were times where I did not hear from them with updates but I always got a response to my emails asking for the status quickly. If I had a question or concern it was answered diligently.
I received my items about a week ago (finally got around to writing this) and everything went great. They delivered everything, unwrapped it, put it back together, and made sure I was good before leaving. I am so thankful to them for the way they handled every step of this move, I rarely write reviews but I think a job well done should be noted.

I know most movers seem shady but this company was as shady as it gets. The salesperson and owner [name removed by Sirelo] seemed professional and nice in the beginning but as soon as I paid the deposit everything changed. Over the email [name removed by Sirelo] and his staff would make fun of my questions, had a condescending tone, and answered my questions with one word like What? or Why? One time I asked for a receipt for the deposit payment and their answer was 'why?' Are you kidding me? What kind of business doesn't give receipts after payment? I had to constantly ask for updates, receipts and confirmations and they didn't even email or call to check if my shipment arrived safely.
I had to call them once because they stopped responding to my emails about my shipment. [name removed by Sirelo] answered my call so I asked 'May I ask who I'm talking to?' His reply was 'WHY?', Shady... This guy definitely seemed to have something to hide. I said 'Is this [name removed by Sirelo]?' He answered '...... yeah' Sketchy! He was very rude on the phone. He answered all my questions with, What?, Why? Huh?, unbelievable. He clearly doesn't know what customer service is and is horrible at it.
Some of my shipments were destroyed (boxes were smashed and things inside were broken).

[Name removed by Sirelo] and his staff were very friendly and professional. Communication was excellent and they did above and beyond to have my container delivered on time, even working on Sunday to save me extra costs due to customs clearance delays. I had a 40 footer full of heavy boxes and equipment, and they unloaded everything super gently, not causing any damage whatsoever!!
I will sure hire them next time I need to, and recommend to anybody who is in the market for mooving/relocation.
