Sirelo asks...
What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?
Extended Marine Insurance Coverage is available upon request.
Please see the two policies offered below
1. All Risk Insurance
2. Total Loss Insurance
What is the best advice you would give to customers?
If you decide to self-pack your fragile/boxes, please pack your boxes in durable boxes, we do not recommend home depot/U-Haul boxes as they are not made for international moves.
Preference for same size boxes. Write/Label each box with its general content.

I enjoyed working with these guys. To sum up, the price was great, the movers were great, and I would use them and recommend them to anyone.

The team at Uplift Movers was great! I booked my move after speaking with a number of companies and they were by far the most professional and communicative.
The reason I decided to book with them even though I had some lower quotes was the honestly of their sales team. They took the time to explain every possible charge or extra service. They even reviewed other quotes and explained the differences, on one occasion highlighting something another company included but they didn't and adding it in for me.
The pick-up went smoothly and right on time. The foreman took the time to explain the process while the team got to work taking apart and wrapping my furniture very carefully.
Throughout the actual shipping process there were times where I did not hear from them with updates but I always got a response to my emails asking for the status quickly. If I had a question or concern it was answered diligently.
I received my items about a week ago (finally got around to writing this) and everything went great. They delivered everything, unwrapped it, put it back together, and made sure I was good before leaving. I am so thankful to them for the way they handled every step of this move, I rarely write reviews but I think a job well done should be noted.
THANK YOU UPLIFT!
TL:DR - honest and communicative company; highly recommendRead more

The move is currently in process. The furniture and household items were picked up from the point of origin in the US this week. Delivery in France will probably be on or near the beginning of January 2024.

Very efficient, well-mannered, and communicative movers and staff. They did a great job moving my things from Texas to Germany. We gave our sales rep a list of what we were looking to move, received an accurate quote… they were significantly more affordable than other movers I looked into, but quality over quantity, right? All of our belongings made it to our new home in one piece. absolute breeze. I would definitely hire them again.

Best moving experience to date! They matched another company’s price and actually showed care for my things, which I cannot say about other companies. Great quality movers.
