Moving Ahead's performance in our move was an absolute nightmare! We had broken furniture, damaged walls and floors. Furniture was disassembled and parts were left in up to 3 different places after our move. Trash was left in our yard and driveway after they left.
The General Manager came to our house afterwards and acknowledged the damages. Yet, they refuse to pay for the damages and I have been forced to go to court to settle our claim. The damages exceed the $6000 allowed in Small Claims Court.
The scan of the moving invoice is too large a file to upload. I'm attaching the complaint filed in court. This did in fact occur.
