Communication was abysmal between all of the subcontractors, even though RainierOS itself was pretty good. We were told an estimate of 50-75 days to get our shipment and it ended up being 120 days...
For a cost of twice what others quoted us, it definitely wasn't worth it. In hindsight, we would either go with a cheaper company and risk losing our replaceable stuff, or just not ship it.

All of my belongings were delivered to the destination undamaged and there were no hidden costs. Communication with the company and its local agent was excellent, I received prompt responses to all inquiries.
