The worst service in my life. Late to pickup, days late to dropoff and would consistently disrespect, hang up on and cuss at my wife and I. Worst staff who will lie and manipulate about this all. Avoid this company. I hope they get disapproved to do military business because they let staff talk to customers terribly while arriving at the end of the day, after DAYS stuck waiting at home because they won’t tell you when they will actually come but will tell you “8AM” multiple days in a row so you sit and wait and cancel appointments. Incredibly unprofessional.
