After all the proof we had, their video recording we still didn't get money back from the claim we did. Not enough energy to go through this again, but just saying if they say do the claim after, please don't believe it, you'll end up wasting your time. So many other movers, please go with those. Hope this helps others before it is taken down again. No wonder they have such a positive reviews :(
He apologized on behalf of his office workers and provided reasons for the delays and ensured his workers would receive better training moving forward. He also provided missing documents and instructions on how to file a claim for any damages that where done as part of the move.
But most importantly I am very grateful to their flexibility to work with our schedule. We unfortunately had a death in the family occur 2 days after scheduling our pickup, which was happening in only 6 days. Bravo Moving let us push back the pickup date by 1 week so we could travel out of state for the funeral, which we were very thankful for, and they still delivered 4 days after pickup according to the originally promise.Read more
