24The 2 boxes with my clothes was wet and my clothes al wet and damaged full of mold. 2 boxes of art books wet, 9 books damaged, art photos wet and damaged, 11 multimedia prints of my work, wet and destroyed with humidity and mold, this loss is unsolvable.
Un professional, irresponsible and careless company.
After conducting an investigation into the matter, it appears that the clothing arrived in Mexico with mold due to certain humidity at the origin and because they were packed in a plastic bag not provided by us. The box showed no signs of humidity upon arrival, indicating that the issue likely stemmed from a pre-existing wet condition at the origin rather than during transportation. Regarding the art prints, we collected them inside a tube without knowledge of their original condition.
I would like to note that the insurance company has addressed these damages and it seems they have compensated you with a four-figure amount based on the value indicated in your insurance application. We have followed all necessary steps and pro vided comprehensive care throughout your move. From origin to destination, including our responsive post-delivery service, we believe we have demonstrated professionalism.
I do not think the term "careless" accurately reflects our commitment to our clients. Nonetheless, I am eager to resolve this situation to your satisfaction. Please contact us directly so we can discuss any further concerns.

Now, on the other side unfortunately I did not have a good experience. First of all I end up paying over 3 times the initial proposal, even when a video survey was done, this end up not even close to the cubic ft needed.
We also had a couple of issues with the furniture delivered, 1 broken coffee table and other did not arrive, my sectional was wet by the rain as well as several high chairs that stained the fabric. After the delivery the staircase walls had damage, dents and marks that will need repair and paint and although there was an initial phone contact to fix these issues no follow up was provided after that.
Firstly, we're glad to hear that our team could accommodate your change of destination to Georgia and that you found our staff polite and committed to getting the job done.
However, I'm genuinely sorry to learn that your experience was less than satisfactory regarding the final costs and condition of your belongings upon delivery. I wanted to clarify that the price increase was due to a significant change in the estimated volume. Initially, the shared item list indicated a volume of 950 cubic feet, which is less than a 26-foot truck. On the pickup date, we discovered that the volume had grown to 3,250 cubic feet, necessitating a switch to a 53-foot semi-truck. This change was made with your authorization, as additional items were added beyond the original estimate, leading to an increase of over three times the initial proposal.
Regarding the damage to your furniture and home, we are deeply sorry. This is not reflective of the standards we uphold, and we understand the inconvenience and distress this has caused. We also acknowledge that a follow-up was promised and not delivered, which is unacceptable.
