What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

Laser International has full replacement insurance options available to our clients. In the unlikely event of damage, the claims process is done online and is very easy to file.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

Ask lots of questions, read independents reviews and narrow down your search to 2 or 3 companies. Request a free survey from those companies to verify the size of your shipment and determine associated costs. Then, select the company you feel most comfortable with based on service, price and overall value.

I delayed my move date several times and [Name removed by Sirelo] kept up with me, providing clear and timely information along the way. The pricing was fair and did not change after the cubic feet was established. The move didn't take long and there was no hurdle along the way. A great experience, I recommend this company without any reservation.

We recently moved from the US to the EU and were referred to Laser International by a family member. Our agent, [Name removed by Sirelo], was with us every step of the way and the whole process was astonishingly easy and stress free. Pick up was impressive enough with how quickly and thoroughly their movers labeled, inventoried and loaded all our things. But our stuff was delivered ahead of schedule and looked exactly like when they picked it up. No damage or dirt at all!

We were informed of where our items were during every step of the process from port, to ship, to port, to delivery truck. For such a reasonably priced moving service I was blown away by the customer service and final result. Can't thank them enough for making such a hard move so simple. I could not recommend Laser International, and [Name removed by Sirelo] enough. After a horrifying experience with another company, [Name removed by Sirelo] was responsive, professional, kind and guided us through this complex process with absolute ease. He explained every step and answered every question no matter how strange! My shipment arrived in the time frame quoted, for the price quoted and not one thing was broken. We had a lot of old, very fragile items that arrived intact. No boxes were damaged, wet or water damaged. Laser International were absolutely fantastic!!
