What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

Laser International has full replacement insurance options available to our clients. In the unlikely event of damage, the claims process is done online and is very easy to file.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

Ask lots of questions, read independents reviews and narrow down your search to 2 or 3 companies. Request a free survey from those companies to verify the size of your shipment and determine associated costs. Then, select the company you feel most comfortable with based on service, price and overall value.

I recently moved from Boston (USA) to Lucerne (Switzerland). I was very anxious and nervous to hire a company after a quick Google search was nothing short of overwhelming in terms of the sheer number of moving companies out there! I ended up hiring Laser International and couldn’t be happier! The entire process was super smooth, without any hiccups, no broken things and very transparent from beginning to the end. With [Name removed by Sirelo], the relocation manager I had a fantastic go-to person who was always there to answer all my many questions, being reassuring, honest and updating me on the progress every step of the way. Having a person like him is absolutely priceless for such a big and scary (for a first time international mover like me) endeavor. I highly recommend Laser International! They know what they are doing, are reliable, and you can simply relax and follow their competent guidance until you are home with your stuff.

We recently moved from the US to the EU and were referred to Laser International by a family member. Our agent, [Name removed by Sirelo], was with us every step of the way and the whole process was astonishingly easy and stress free. Pick up was impressive enough with how quickly and thoroughly their movers labeled, inventoried and loaded all our things. But our stuff was delivered ahead of schedule and looked exactly like when they picked it up. No damage or dirt at all!

We were informed of where our items were during every step of the process from port, to ship, to port, to delivery truck. For such a reasonably priced moving service I was blown away by the customer service and final result. Can't thank them enough for making such a hard move so simple. Especially [Name removed by Sirelo] (you are the best!)
