406My daughter moved from Utah to Norway in July 2024, and I had never in my wildest dream believed it was going to go as smooth, Quick and professional as it did. From the moment they came, packed up and drove away with my daughter’s belongings. [Name removed by Sirelo] called with updates regularly during the whole process until it was safely at my daughter’s new home in Norway. I have to say, compared to anywhere else, [Name removed by Sirelo] and Laser International was the most reasonable and professional of them all. I’m highly recommending this company and [name removed by Sirelo] to anyone who wonders where to turn. Thank you again, [Name removed by Sirelo] for making this move such a great experience.
We were informed of where our items were during every step of the process from port, to ship, to port, to delivery truck. For such a reasonably priced moving service I was blown away by the customer service and final result. Can't thank them enough for making such a hard move so simple. Especially [Name removed by Sirelo] (you are the best!)
Communication was outstanding throughout the entire process—they kept me informed every step of the way, which made the whole experience much less stressful. The attention to detail and care they took with my belongings was truly impressive.
If you’re considering a move, I highly recommend Laser International . They made my relocation seamless and hassle-free. Thank you for a job well done!
We were somewhat suprised to see a normal 20 ft container drive up on delivery and even more surprised when the guys opened the container, see a three quarters full (at the most) interior. The removal guys were also surprised at how small our shipment was as they deal with shipment everyday and were expecting to have a full day unloading when in fact it only took a couple of hours.
I queried this with [Name removed by Sirelo], as we understood the shipment was much larger going on the invoice we received. No, Ma'm your shipment was very heavy and that is why your costs went up. We could not disprove this and it was the first time, the poundage was mentioned by [Name removed by Sirelo]. Short of weighing every single box or package, we could not prove the weight. This has left a very sour taste in our mouths and we would not recommend this company.Read more
Firstly, a standard 20’ container was used for your shipment. The dimensions of a standard 20’ Container are 20’ x 8’ x 8’ and one could load 1,100 Cubic Feet into this container without the need for the larger 40' Container size. Secondly, in your original quote it explains that your final charges are determined by both weight and volume. Also, we provided you with a copy of the weight ticket, which was obtained at a certified weight station. Lastly, your shipping weight increased 45% above the quoted amount, however, your costs increased only 29% above the quoted amount.
It is our hope that this will help explain the situation a bit better for you, but we are happy to discuss further sho uld you like. We strive to provide accurate, good faith estimates on every shipment and we never want clients to have to endure additional costs on their move. However, at the end of the day clients are responsible for paying charges based on the final weight and volume of their goods, not the estimated amount. We sincerely appreciate your business and are grateful to you for entrusting your belongings with our company for this next chapter of your life. We wish you nothing but the best!Read more
