What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

Laser International has full replacement insurance options available to our clients. In the unlikely event of damage, the claims process is done online and is very easy to file.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

Ask lots of questions, read independents reviews and narrow down your search to 2 or 3 companies. Request a free survey from those companies to verify the size of your shipment and determine associated costs. Then, select the company you feel most comfortable with based on service, price and overall value.

This started off well from the US side. The person we dealt with [Name removed by Sirelo] was really great. As our items were delivered to Europe that’s when the wheels fell off, over all totally dissatisfied with the European partner service, communication and little follow up we received. From marks left on our walls, to last minute changes, losing (and not noticing) our largest piece of furniture and blaming the others for all these issues. The price paid is for top quality service, sadly not what we received (on European side). The experience was painful. As I said in my correspondence, I could not in good conscience recommend this company. We hoped to receive a partial refund as we certainly did not receive anything close to the service we paid for. That was refused and we received no further assistance whatsoever. Moving is stressful enough, save yourself the additional headache and chaos and avoid at all costs.

We relocated from Colorado to U.K. The service from [Name removed by Sirelo] at Laser was excellent. Communication and price were great. When we aksed if driving the goods to a major city pickup was more affordable which it was, there was no issue in us doing this. Some things to note were, we were over the estimated weight, and a couple of items, awkward chairs, did not fit. Laser also dissasembled a chair which was no problem and fine. They packed a computer for us which was perfect. Nothing was damaged or broken in transit, shipping was fast and painless, highly recommend [Name removed by Sirelo to handle your shipment.

We came across Laser International while searching for companies to help us move from the US to Italy. Even as we were assessing pricing and policies [Name removed by Sirelo] was always friendly, prepared, and patient in answering all the questions I had about my first continental move. Price was very competitive and in no way this came at the expense of quality of service: our stuff came within the planned timeframe (pick-up on July 14, delivered on October 5) and all the boxes were packed and unpacked efficiently. Everyone, including the contractors on both side of the Atlantic, was extremely professional and kept an open channel of periodic communication to inform me of the location/timeline of my container, and to provide useful logistical information to prepare for the move. The whole experience was so smooth and efficient, I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you [Name removed by Sirelo]!

I agree with what so many others have said about the professionalism, responsiveness, and efficiency of Laser International. Like others, I appreciated that they were not a 'hard-sell' company - after I put out a request for bids, some companies bombarded me with texts, phone calls, and emails that got quite pushy. [Name removed by Sirelo], our contact as Laser, was lovely to deal with, very honest, forthcoming, and reassuring. He did a video tour of my house and came back quickly with a very reasonable quote (2 actually, based on different scenarios I was considering).

When the moving team arrived, they went right to work packing up all our things and did so quickly, carefully, and efficiently. Everything arrived less than two months later in great condition. Their partner here in Spain was equally excellent to work with . I highly recommend Laser for any international move!
