his is a terrible experience regarding a shipment from China, Dynamic LA, International Relocation Services is holding my shipment for no reason. I have paid in full when the packages are shipped out from China. Dynamic LA is colluding with China agent, they just claim I owe money to them but refuse to say what part of payment I owed and how much. Dynamic LA never send me any receipts. And China agent never reply to the above questions. Yet Dynamic LA keeps saying that the Chinese agent put a hold on the shipment. They just kick balls around, refuse to provide any answer to my questions nor provide any receipts.
I need to file complaints and lawsuit against them, What a terrible company! Stay away.

We dropped off the boxes at their home office (this option save us over $300 dollars) and met the people. They are very nice and helpful. They keep us updated on the whereabouts of our shipment. So far everything seems to be working out and is on its way to Germany.
