BE AWARE OF SCAMS- this place is dangerous to work with. Read all the other 1-star reviews on Yelp and be alarmed as my experience has been similar. Risk your valuable belongings with somewhere safer and ethical. Completely dysfunctional operations, manipulative, unethical customer services to justify it and take advantage of you. Below is what I faced -
** 1. Lying on the dispatch status - they lied about the dispatch status to charge us more when we tried to reschedule or request rerouting. Later, we discovered our stuff was never dispatched.
** Inflated balance on the fee signing doc - an almost 80% inflated balance was posted. I caught it and had to point it out multiple times to get it corrected before signing.
**3. Unfair handling of delivery destination change: because they gave us a last min notice and we couldn't meet their availability window, we ended up changing the delivery destination. Despite the new destination being 8 hours less of their labor and time, they refused to credit back the difference.
More than $1000 wasted. I normally don't make efforts to write negative reviews but this was one of the worst experiences I had and wanted to warn others, save them from the same troubles.Read more

Move Happy LLC made my relocation experience an absolute breeze! The crew of five (5!! awesome!) showed up on-time, had no trouble getting the truck in position on a major city block and quickly moved my entire place. They were very clever and able to pack the truck efficiently like they were Tetris masters. We took nearly an hour less than expected and everything showed up perfectly. The movers put the items in the correct rooms and I was able to unpack quickly afterwards. Thank you so much for taking care of the entire experience, well worth the money to not stress and not have to do anything!

I only write reviews if I find them genuinely informative for future customers.
I used Move Happy to move from California to Ohio. But it was a poor experience that cost me an extra $2500.
1. They picked up on September 6th and promised delivery no later than September 26th. But they ended up delivering on October 9th. During September, I resided at my relative's house, but from October 1st, I had to rent an Airbnb while I still paid for the rent of my new house, and I lost about $1500 on Airbnb in addition to the discomfort of my 1-year-old baby. They didn't provide any good reason or compensation for this late delivery.
2. My $900 TV stand and $300 baby crib were shattered. And when asked for the compensation, they said it is $0.6 per pound. So we can pay $66 to compensate. I didn't accept it because it seemed like a joke to me.
I don't recommend them.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Did not give me an estimate on when my items would be delivered despite me repeatedly asking, then less than 24 hours before gave me a 2 hour window to be home to receive my belongings with little to no flexibility. What's worse: they literally destroyed the only 2 pieces of furniture I asked them to move and completely smashed up a fragile box of dishware. Because of them, my bedframe is now broken, my headboard is horribly scratched, and my side table literally arrived in pieces. Cannot say enough bad things about them. Horrific experience. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.

This review has been a long time coming. After months of research and weeks of talking to numerous moving companies. I made my decision and i can honestly say, I made the right one. I lived in California for the best part of my life and it was hard for me to let go of some of my belongings. However the rep that helped me out made it easy for me to switch items in and out. I know I was a lot of work to deal with it but they didn't seem to mind. I must of called them over 20 times to ask questions and I was met with kindness every time. The crew that showed up was just as kind and professional. It took about week and a half for my goods to show up to Austin but I made the best of it. Made a few stops along the way and really enjoyed my time. when my items showed up they were able to drive right up to my half an acre property. They came at the perfect time my whole family was over and even fed the guys BBQ when it was all done. Cheers move happy and Thanks you!
