The worst company ever. They make me pay 2 times!
They asked me to pay by card and I send my payment. I received a message to confirm the payment. The money was debited from my bank account. Since I move from the US, I closed my bank account. Then, few weeks after, they asked me to pay a second time. When I show them the documents to prove my first payment, they say they will reimburse the card and asked me for a wire . I tell them immediately not to do so since the card and bank account had been close.
Finally they never want to release the container before I pay a second time. This company is a scam!

scam, they will make you pay 2 time pretending they never get your money for the first payment even if have prove you pay them

They pulled a bait and switch, I had requested on two occasions that I needed a fully burdened quote as I was submitting as company relocation, they were unable to provide costing me personal expense as the company was not allowing multiple submissions.
Not clear pricing - many surprises

Overall they were good. There were some mixups re: information I had sent them. At this writing, my belongings are in transit, so I'm hoping there are no issues when they are received in China in 8-12 weeks.

I did not get what was portrayed during the consultations for quotations and move arrangements but as of now I regret I chose them. I was not kept updated and the final invoice was never communicated on time with me which led to me loosing a lot of money including demmurages at the harbor. I believe should Johnson Movers had continued with the image they showed am sure I wouldn't have been in this situation. What is worse I even brought some customers to their business but now I regret I did it. I wish I could have the right platform to lay my complaint.

At first, my interaction with the sales director was great. Then my file was given to an associate and it went downhill from there, starting with not having dispatchers on the day of my move, the associate made a mistake regarding the day of my move. From there, I always have to beg for information. I am not sure where my freight is at the moment.
