Hello,
It took me many months to be ready to write this review. I hired Granero Moving/Formula Global companies to move my belongings from New York to Paris. I was moving countries to join my husband, so it was all of my belongings in a 40ft container. The delivery was seven weeks late and when it arrived, 50% of it was missing.. Furniture , clothes, many pieces of personal art, (I am a working artist and it is my income), family air looms - essentially, contents of a 1100 sq.foot apartment gone.. Company did not make any attempt to look for any of my things, drowned me in paperwork, fuzzy CCTV photos and suggested I file the insurance claim. I insured my shipment for almost $30,000, but was offered $2,000 as a settlement, claiming I underinsured... After paying a lot of money for the move and after to the lawyers it went nowhere. All I got was: ' We are so sorry it happened to you' I am gutted, and still wake up with a jolt in my stomach and horrible feeling of being robbed of things that are dear to me, like a memory of my mom, who died a year prior and my work.
It was a gut-wrenching and a heart breaking experience I would not wish on anyone.
Please read and think twice.
