My International moving was contracted and goods were packed in February. The company delayed considerably to ship the container from Brazil to USA (very different from what was verbally agreed during negotiation and hiring). The container arrived in Fort Lauderdale port on August 13 and was delivered on company's warehouse on August 18. Now company denies to delivered goods at destination, requesting more money to be paid. I have sent emails during all the moving process that justify these extra charges are inappropriate. Even after my several requests to finish the services and have a fair agreement about extras, they keep our goods in their warehouse telling they would only deliver after the payments of abusive extra charges. About US$14,000 was paid to the company for services contracted. They don’t respond emails or calls.

First of all, basic, if you already moved in your life: They didn’t send a person to check what we had and how much space was needed. They send us a spreadsheet, we thought that is the “modern way” and we agreed. Big mistake!
Second, we will park a container in front of your door and put the things there, if something doesn’t fit, we leave. We said ok. At the day, by pictures not measurements, they said “the container doesn’t fit in your street”. Just to illustrate, we arrive at that house with a “big” container, it was parked, unloaded with no problems at all.
Then they sent a truck to pick the things up. The detail is they charged us lots of money to use the truck, put the things in a dock, wait for container, put in a container, take the things that doesn’t fit out, and etc, etc.
They delayed the departure, we payed more, they messed up our things sending half of furniture (legs and shelves stay and the rest goes, for example), just remember we sent by the list, what should be removed from the container. In Resume, we payed the double for a horrible, horrible job. They didn’t even offer any help to solve the messy job.
I really do NOT recommend this company.

The move was made with great quality from picking up the material to delivery to my new address. And the attendant of my moving process was always very attentive and helpful.

Don't be fooled they are not GRANERO, the respectful moving Brazilian company. It is just a company from an unprepared and unreliable person that uses the [name removed by Sirelo] name in the business without authorization. It will fool you just like it fooled me.
I was unlucky 100% of the process. They did not show up when they were supposed to. During packaging VALUABLE items went missing. According to their supervisor, they hired a crew of workers last minute because they didn't have another crew available. Their packing was just horrible damaging a huge part of my items, when crates that were hired and paid for, were never delivered, so the items were damaged and they were not covered by the extra insurance that was also hired. Valuable boxes were never delivered and the owner of the company [name removed by Sirelo], only gave the unloading team 4 hours to unpack. I had to called and beg for him to extend the hours, since it took them 5 days to load my moving, it would be impossible to. So I ended up having my under age kids helping me to unload the truck and the customized unpacking that I have hired, was never done. So I had to hire people to assemble everything that was disassembled by them. To make it all worse, when I filled for the insurance, although they said they would help me with it, they gave me wrong information and also were not honest with the insurance saying that all went smooth. Instead of being reimbursed for at least 3 of the items destroyed and missing that were on my extra insurance policy and the big damages , I am only getting a tenth of it. On top of that I am still waiting for $500 paid for and not undelivered crates .... I've requested a check because I am afraid to send any other information through their unsecured email environment. I've been calling on a daily basis to give them my information for payment and I think when they id my number they don't answer me, so far nothing.Read more

Trust!!! It turned out our initial instinct turned out to be correct. Every person who was connected to the project, from [names removed by Sirelo] (the actual packers) to the [name removed by Sirelo] the project manager and [name removed by Sirelo], the Operations Manager were thorough with attention to detail.

Some confusion re: estimated volume and/or weight of my shipment.
Movers (packers and container driver) at the site of departure were great 10/10.
Estimated shipping time (sea) was four weeks. Now four weeks later the shipping time has extended to nine weeks if.not more.
I have not received my belongings.
It was advertised I would receive weekly email updates but I have not. I have had to inquire if any updates are available.
So far, I think I could recommend this company but my move is not complete. Thus could stay neutral.

If I could give a big fat 0 rating I would. I am disputing charges for 2000 extra #s and the most horrendous service I have ever received. The moving coordinator [name removed by Sirelo] and his supervisor [name removed by Sirelo] were useless and did not care about what I was promised and needed. I do not have enough room to fully explain all of the problems that happened during our move. Let me just say that it was the worse move I have ever experienced and the worse service. I would never recommend them! Run in the other direction!

Woukd give no stars if I could.lost around 16000 of goods due to them not calculating correctly. Told would be 3 weeks still waiting now 6 weeks on. State they are in miami but found out they are out of Brazil. Can never get them on phone.
Absolutely terrible experience. Paid for door to door now trying to charge extra for shuttle delivery . Total rip off merchants.

Be careful, they go to your house and give an estimate cheaper then all other moving companies. then after they pack and remove from your house, they call you and tell that their employee made a mistake and double price. as you have no option as you have to move you have to pay. in my case estimate they gave to me was usd 17.000.00. but i had to pay usd 27.000.00 - - -10.000 usd more .
