Second, we will park a container in front of your door and put the things there, if something doesn’t fit, we leave. We said ok. At the day, by pictures not measurements, they said “the container doesn’t fit in your street”. Just to illustrate, we arrive at that house with a “big” container, it was parked, unloaded with no problems at all.
Then they sent a truck to pick the things up. The detail is they charged us lots of money to use the truck, put the things in a dock, wait for container, put in a container, take the things that doesn’t fit out, and etc, etc.
They delayed the departure, we payed more, they messed up our things sending half of furniture (legs and shelves stay and the rest goes, for example), just remember we sent by the list, what should be removed from the container. In Resume, we payed the double for a horrible, horrible job. They didn’t even offer any help to solve the messy job.

I was unlucky 100% of the process. They did not show up when they were supposed to. During packaging VALUABLE items went missing. According to their supervisor, they hired a crew of workers last minute because they didn't have another crew available. Their packing was just horrible damaging a huge part of my items, when crates that were hired and paid for, were never delivered, so the items were damaged and they were not covered by the extra insurance that was also hired. Valuable boxes were never delivered and the owner of the company [name removed by Sirelo], only gave the unloading team 4 hours to unpack. I had to called and beg for him to extend the hours, since it took them 5 days to load my moving, it would be impossible to. So I ended up having my under age kids helping me to unload the truck and the customized unpacking that I have hired, was never done. So I had to hire people to assemble everything that was disassembled by them. To make it all worse, when I filled for the insurance, although they said they would help me with it, they gave me wrong information and also were not honest with the insurance saying that all went smooth. Instead of being reimbursed for at least 3 of the items destroyed and missing that were on my extra insurance policy and the big damages , I am only getting a tenth of it. On top of that I am still waiting for $500 paid for and not undelivered crates .... I've requested a check because I am afraid to send any other information through their unsecured email environment. I've been calling on a daily basis to give them my information for payment and I think when they id my number they don't answer me, so far nothing.Read more




Movers (packers and container driver) at the site of departure were great 10/10.
Estimated shipping time (sea) was four weeks. Now four weeks later the shipping time has extended to nine weeks if.not more.
I have not received my belongings.
It was advertised I would receive weekly email updates but I have not. I have had to inquire if any updates are available.
So far, I think I could recommend this company but my move is not complete. Thus could stay neutral.


Absolutely terrible experience. Paid for door to door now trying to charge extra for shuttle delivery . Total rip off merchants.
